Blue Blasters and Red Riders started the night with our Roller Coaster cheer before going live on Facebook for our lesson time with Pastor Todd. Wednesday night was “Design Day” where we all learned about the “incredible” beaks and feet of birds. By seeing the specific examples of ostriches, eagles, terns, pelicans, storks, hummingbirds and more, we discovered that the creation of birds couldn’t have just happened. God made them that way. Our memory verse for this week helps us responds to God’s creation around us. “Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart. The works of the LORD are great.” Psalm 111:1-2
At the Midway Games, the Red Riders (3rd-5th) enjoyed a fun game of capture the flag. In the Craft Cove, the Blue Blasters (K4-2nd) decorated a bug jar and then took a short nature walk to fill the jar with grass, rocks and other bug-friendly things. We ended the night with our drama and take home goodies. Check out the pictures below!
TEAM WINNER: This past Wednesday night was our last night for our team competition. Congratulations to both teams for doing such an excellent job of saying verses and showing team spirit! The Blue Blasters are our final winners for this summer’s Incrediworld! Way to go, Blue Blasters!
