Our desire is to provide everyone who walks into Morningside, whether it’s their first time or they’ve been attending for years, a warm welcome and a smiling face.

As a member of our Connect Team, we hope you share this same desire. By simply being kind and helpful, you can make someone’s day.

Walking into a new place with many unknowns can be overwhelming. You can ease some of the anxious feelings a first time guest may have by reaching out and being helpful. Listed below are the four individual teams that make up our Connect Team. To sign up to serve on the Connect Team, click the button below and fill out the form.

Transit Team

These are the first people who greet someone at Morningside. They are out in the parking lot helping our guests find parking and find their way to the entrance. You can serve here before the morning worship service by welcoming guests before they arrive inside.

Greeter Team

Our greeters provide a friendly welcome to those entering into the building. You can be a part of this team to help provide directions to the auditorium, kids classes, nurseries, restrooms, and other areas of the building.

Host Team

Our hosts help people find seats in the auditorium, especially when the auditorium is full or the service has already started. You can serve here on Sunday mornings before and during the morning worship service.

Guest Services Team

Following the morning worship service, the guest services team members provide a gift to our guests who have filled out a connection card. Currently, we do not have openings to serve on this team.
