On July 1 Hurricane Beryl devastated the small Caribbean island of Carriacou.

ODBM missionaries John & Karen McPherson helped plant Open Door Baptist Church in the 1990s and then served on Carriacou for nearly 30 years shepherding and growing the small church. A few years ago, the McPhersons transitioned back to the US, and turned the church over to a national pastor, Tyronn Polson (pictured). We're thankful for how the church has gone forward proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples on Carriacou.
